mission
to improve the clinical care of individuals with neurological diseases. In the Neurobooth project, we will create new technologies that can:
Detect and diagnose early
stages of disease
Measure whether existing and new therapies are effective
Provide new types of useful information to patients and
their neurologists
Gain new insights about
disease and their underlying
mechanisms
the study
You will complete tasks that will measure your motor skills, eye movements, speech, and cognition.

technologies
During the time that you are seated inside of the Neurobooth, we will be collecting data through a variety of devices

Many individuals across MGH Neurology are contributing to Neurobooth. There is a good chance that your neurologist is participating as well.
Please feel free to discuss the study with your neurologist.

Yes! We can leave the door open for the entirety of the research session.
Each session takes about 30-40 minutes to complete. We will reach out to you each time you have an upcoming neurology appointment to see if you’re interested in completing the research session again! Collecting data over time is critical for creating technologies that can support clinical trials and help develop new therapies!
Yes! We have trained staff who are able to transfer you from a wheelchair to the chair inside of the booth or if necessary, we are able to place your wheelchair inside of the booth!
